Over the past two years the Trust has taken time to develop a clear understanding of:
- what are the unmet needs of our community;
- what we would like to achieve; and
- then disseminating that vision into our Strategic Plan. This is to ensure every level within the Trust which allows us to have a much higher likelihood of achieving our strategic objectives.
Through standardisation of patient care we increase the likelihood that our patients will have a consistent experience. These standards of processes and practice will also allow the most efficient utilisation of expensive human and capital resources, reciprocating value to our economy.
