2020 was a milestone year for the Trust as we celebrated ten years as a charitable organisation. Expanding our leadership and future outlook was one of our of key pivotal targets and this was achieved with the appointment of a new Board and the launch of our five year Strategic Plan.

Our Strategic Plan allows us to reposition within the sector and be more aligned with the unmet needs of our community resulting in five key specific targeted areas research, psychological services, physical injuries, education and road safety.

Additionally, we made continued progress in stakeholder engagement. We also adopted a new name and refreshed our brand to be aligned with our new service offerings.

Focused on Creating Sustained Value

We are on the right path. As we turn to 2021, we will continue to work collaboratively with those within the sector and continue to utilise our expertise to deliver on our commitments to provide for our community.

Being a charitable organisation, it is important we focus on ensuring we enhance our funding streams but also being prudent we place strong emphasis to ensure that our services are in alignment with the operating margin for the outlay of the services provided.

To help us achieve maximum performance over the next several years, we will continue to use a distinct operating model with annual growth of our geographic presence nationally.
